To adjust the zombie population, you need to modify the following options:

Population Multiplier: Leave this option at its default setting, as it is the base multiplier that the other options will use as a reference. Changing it can drastically alter the rest of the configuration if you lack experience.

Population Start Multiplier: This determines the population only at the very beginning of a newly created game. If you want a substantial number of zombies, you can set this value to 2.0. If you want the highest possible number of zombies, you can set it to 4.0 (which is the maximum allowed value).

Population Peak Day: This is the peak day from which onward the population level configured in the Population Peak Multiplier option will be in effect. The default value is 28, this means that after day 28, the zombie population will be the one you configured in Population Peak Multiplier.

Population Peak Multiplier: This setting will determine the population after the day you have defined in the Population Peak Day option (which by default is 28 days). This is the population level that will persist for the remainder of the entire game.

You can define the value for this setting using the same principle as the Population Start Multiplier.

7. Modify the Zombie Spawn Rate

In the Advanced Zombie Options menu, you can modify the zombie spawn rate by changing the following options:

Respawn hours: This is the number of in-game hours that must pass before zombies can respawn.

Respawn Unseen hours: This is the number of in-game hours during which an area must not be visited by a player for zombies to be able to respawn there.

Respawn multiplier: This option determines the percentage of eliminated zombies that can respawn. For example, if there were originally 100 zombies in an area, setting this value to 0.3 would mean only 30 of those 100 zombies respawn. Therefore, the maximum value you can set for this option is 1.0, which represents 100%.
