How to Set Up a Skyblock on Your Minecraft Server (BentoBox)

What is BentoBox?
BentoBox is a powerful plugin framework that allows you to run island-based survival games on your Minecraft server. By pairing it with the BSkyBlock add-on, you can instantly give your players the classic “Skyblock” experience, allowing them to spawn on their own private floating islands, manage teams, and complete survival challenges from scratch.

1. Download BentoBox.jar and BSkyBlock.jar Files

Note: Make sure to match your Server Version and Platform.

2. Log In to Your Panel

3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Select the ‘Plugins’ Folder

5. Upload BentoBox.jar Into the Plugins Folder

6. Restart Your Server

7. Inside ‘Plugins’ Folder Select the ‘BentoBox’ Folder

9. Upload the BSkyBlock.jar File Into the ‘Addons’ Folder

10. Restart Your Server

11. Creating a SkyBlock Island

To generate your very first island, open your in-game chat, type the /island command, and hit Enter. This will instantly bring up the island creation menu on your screen

14. Helpful Skyblock Commands

/islandOpens the main control panel GUI for your island.
/island goInstantly teleports you back to your island’s spawn point if you fall off or visit spawn.
/island teamOpens a menu allowing you to invite your friends to build on your island together.
/island resetDeletes your current island and generates a brand new one so you can start over.
/island topDisplays a leaderboard of the highest-level islands on the server!
/challengesOpens a GUI menu where you can turn in gathered items (like cobblestone or crops) for special rewards and server money.
