How To Enable or Disable Cyberhounds and Spiders on Your Space Engineers Server

Note:

Cyberhounds (robotic wolves) and Spiders (Sabiroids) are hostile AI enemies that spawn on certain planets to attack players and bases. You might want to disable them if you want a peaceful survival experience, or enable them if you want to add an extra layer of danger and combat to your world.

1. Log In to Your Panel

2. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

3. Select the ‘config’ Folder

4. Select the ‘Saves’ Folder

5. Select the ‘World’ Folder

6. Inside the ‘World’ Folder, Select the ‘Sandbox_config.sbc‘ File

7. Toggle the Enemy Spawns

Scroll through the file or use Ctrl + F to find the <EnableWolfs> and <EnableSpiders> tags.

To disable Cyberhounds: Change the line to <EnableWolfs>false</EnableWolfs>

To disable Spiders: Change the line to <EnableSpiders>false</EnableSpiders>

If you wish to enable these hostile encounters, simply change the values from false to true. Ensure all letters are lowercase and there are no extra spaces.

8. Save the Changes

9. Restart Your Server
