How To Enable Experimental Mode on Your Space Engineers Server

Important!

If you have already generated a world on your server, you may also need to apply this exact same change to your world save file, which is located at:
home/container/config/Saves/World/Sandbox_config.sbc

1. Log In to Your Panel

2. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

3. Select the ‘config’ Folder

4. Select the ‘SpaceEngineers-Dedicated.cfg‘ File

5. Enable Experimental Mode

Scroll down the file until you locate the <ExperimentalMode> setting. If you have not changed this before, it will likely be turned off and look like this:

<ExperimentalMode>false</ExperimentalMode>

To enable the mode, carefully delete the word false and replace it with true. Make sure the final line looks exactly like this:

<ExperimentalMode>true</ExperimentalMode>

Note: Ensure all letters are lowercase and there are no extra spaces between the words and the brackets.
