How To Restart a Map on Your 7 Days To Die Server

Note:

Resetting a map (or creating a new one) clears out all player progress, buildings and world data, allowing everyone a fresh start on Day 1.

1. Log In to Your Panel

2. Stop Your Server

3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Locate the ‘serverconfig.xml’ File

You can find the file in home/container/serverconfig.xml.

5. Find and Change the Value of “GameName” to a New Name and Save

This will make a new save in the same world.
