How To Configure Weapon and Item Drops on Your CS2 Server

1. Log In to Your Panel


2. Stop Your Server


3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Open the ‘server.cfg’ File

Navigate to:

game/csgo/cfg/

5. Edit the file

Tip: Use Ctrl + F to quickly find the required setting inside server.cfg

mp_death_drop_c41Determines if the C4 explosive drops when the bomb carrier dies. (1 = Enabled, 0 = Disabled).

mp_drop_knife_enable0Allows players to manually drop their knife using the drop key. (1 = Enabled, 0 = Disabled).
mp_weapons_allow_map_placed1If set to 1, weapons placed on the ground by the map creator (common in surf or aim maps) will spawn. If 0, the game deletes them at round start.
mp_disconnect_kills_players1When set to 1, a disconnecting player is “killed” by the server, forcing them to drop their weapons and utility for teammates to retrieve.
