How To Increase/Decrease the Max Grenade Limit on Your CS2 Server

Note:

You can apply these variables instantly without modifying your server.cfg files. Log into your Cybrancee Game Panel, open the Console tab, and type both commands directly into the command line. Type mp_restartgame 1 afterward to apply the rules to the current round.

1. Log In to Your Panel

3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Open the ‘server.cfg’ File

Navigate to:

game/csgo/cfg/

5. Edit the file

Tip: Use Ctrl + F to quickly find the required setting inside server.cfg

Command	Server Effect
ammo_grenade_limit_total 5	Practice Standard: Allows players to hold 5 grenades at once, accommodating one of every utility type in the game.
ammo_grenade_limit_total 4	Competitive Default: The standard CS2 match limit. Players can only carry 4 grenades total.
ammo_grenade_limit_total 6	Maximum Utility: Allows players to hold one of every grenade, plus a second flashbang (since standard rules allow 2 flashes).
