How to Set Up a Weight-Impacted Stamina System on Your Insurgency Sandstorm Server

Note:

Before editing, make sure your server is offline so your changes aren’t overwritten. If your Game.ini is empty, you must include the Section Header (the text in brackets) for the commands to work. If the header already exists in your file, add the command directly underneath it instead of duplicating the header.

1. Log In to Your Panel

5. Edit the ‘Game.ini’ File

Configuration Element	Exact Code	Notes
Header Section	[/Script/Insurgency.INSGameMode]	Ensure this is at the top of the block. Use this specific header for core game rules.
Stamina Modifier	StaminaModifier=0.5	Halves the base stamina threshold, causing players to run out of breath much faster when sprinting.
Weight Modifier	WeightModifier=2.0	Doubles the negative impact that gear weight has on player movement and stamina drain.
Sprint Speed Modifier	SprintSpeedModifier=0.8	Reduces the maximum sprint speed by 20%, enforcing a slower, more methodical pace.
