How to Change the Max Structures in Range Limit on Your ARK: Survival Evolved Server

1. Log In to Your Panel


2. Stop Your Server


3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Open the ‘GameUserSettings.ini‘ File

Navigate to:

/ShooterGame/Saved/Config/LinuxServer

5. Edit the ‘GameUserSettings.ini‘ File

Tip: Use Ctrl + F to quickly find the required setting inside GameUserSettings.ini file

6. Understanding the Configuration

This setting limits how dense a base can be to prevent server crashes and client-side lag.

6000.000000 (Standard Default): Balances standard base building with server performance.

10500.000000: Accommodates sprawling mega-bases and complex tribe compounds.
