How to Change the Resource Respawn Radius on Your ARK: Survival Evolved Server

1. Log In to Your Panel


2. Stop Your Server


3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Open the ‘GameUserSettings.ini‘ File

Navigate to:

/ShooterGame/Saved/Config/LinuxServer

5. Edit the ‘GameUserSettings.ini‘ File

Tip: Use Ctrl + F to quickly find the required setting inside GameUserSettings.ini file

6. Understanding the Configuration

Because this acts as a distance multiplier, you must LOWER the number to let resources spawn closer.

1.0 (Default): Standard resource block radius around player structures.

0.5: Cuts the no-spawn zone in half, allowing trees and rocks to respawn much closer to base walls.


7. Save the Changes
