How To Set Up Your Cybrancee Email on Outlook, Gmail and Mobile

Note: This guide explains how to set up your Cybrancee email on Microsoft Outlook, Gmail web, and mobile devices using secure IMAP and SMTP configurations. For assistance with your account credentials, log in to the Cybrancee Client Area.

Option 1: Set Up Your Cybrancee Email on Microsoft Outlook

1. Open Outlook Settings and Select ‘Add account’

Navigate to the Outlook settings menu, select ‘Accounts’, and select the ‘Add account’ button.

2. Enter Your Cybrancee Email Address

Enter your full Cybrancee email address into the input field and select ‘Continue’.

3. Select ‘IMAP’ as Your Email Provider

From the provider selection menu, scroll down and select ‘IMAP’ to configure your custom web hosting email settings.

4. Configure Incoming IMAP Server and Port Settings

Enter your incoming server hostname, verify the port is set to ‘993’, and ensure ‘Secure connection type’ is set to ‘SSL / TLS (recommended)’.

Option 2: Set Up Your Cybrancee Email on Gmail Web

5. Navigate to Gmail ‘Accounts and Import’ Settings

Open Gmail in your web browser, navigate to ‘See all settings’, select the ‘Accounts and Import’ tab, and select ‘Add another email address’ under the ‘Send mail as’ section.

6. Enter Your Name and Email Address in Gmail

Enter your display name and full Cybrancee email address into the fields, ensure ‘Treat as an alias’ is ticked, and select ‘Next Step >>’.

7. Configure Outgoing SMTP Server and Port in Gmail

Enter your outgoing SMTP server hostname, verify port ‘587’ with ‘TLS’ is selected, and select ‘Add Account >>’ to save your email configuration.

Option 3: Set Up Your Cybrancee Email on Mobile Devices

8. Open Mail Settings and Select ‘Add Account’

Navigate to ‘Settings’ on your iOS device. Scroll down and select ‘Apps’ > ‘Mail’ (or directly ‘Mail’ depending on your iOS version), then select ‘Mail Accounts’ followed by ‘Add Account’. Tap ‘choose from a list’ and select ‘Other’, then tap ‘Add Mail Account’.

9. Configure Incoming and Outgoing IMAP Server Details

Verify ‘IMAP’ is selected, enter <mail.servermail.net> for both incoming and outgoing server hostnames, fill in your email credentials, and select ‘Next’ to complete the mobile setup.
