How to Find and Read Minecraft Crash Logs

1. Log In to Your Panel


2. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Select the ‘latest.log’ File

This file stores the most recent information generated in your server’s console.

4.1. Find the Section Where the Crash Occurs

If a problem or crash occurs on your server, scroll to the end of the file and you will see detailed information about that error:

For example, line 85 in our file indicates at what point during execution the error occurred. On line 87, we can read the word ’caused by’ which describes the reason for the crash.

In our case, the error is due to us trying to run the latest version of Minecraft using an older version of Java.
