4. Select the Relevant Product Type

Select the product type that you are cancelling (we ask this because on many occasions, you don’t need to submit a cancellation if there is an issue). If you wish to stop the cancellation process, simply click the “Keep Plan” button at the bottom of the page.

5. Go Through the Steps

For this example, we will be selecting Game Hosting. You will be presented with some information to confirm your cancellation. Click through these pages using the buttons at the bottom. If you are having an issue, and you would like us to resolve this, you can contact us at any time using our ticket form. Our team will usually credit any lost days back onto your account.

6. Review the Options

On the next pages, you will be offered some alternatives. If you are wanting to cancel because of cost, you will be provided some options. If you still wish to cancel click on the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button.

7. Submit the Cancellation

On this final page, you can enter in a reason for the your cancellation. This reason is used to help better understand why our users cancel – this gives us the opportunity to improve our services for next time.

The cancellation reason may not always be seen. Therefore, any questions, requests or important messages should be raised via a ticket, and not included in the cancellation form. It is extremely important to note the following:

  • Setting the cancellation type to “Immediate” will mean that within 24 hours, your server and all data will be completely deleted. Setting it to “End of Billing Cycle” means that you can still use your service up until your due date, when the server will automatically terminate and completely delete all data.
  • If you are using PayPal, you should ensure that you cancel any ongoing subscriptions with Cybrancee. This will prevent you to be charged by PayPal after your service has been cancelled.
