How to Install Harmony Mods on Your Rust Server

Note:

Rust servers include the Harmony modding framework by default, which simplifies the process of adding Harmony mods compared to installing external platforms like Oxide or uMod. This built-in system offers a wide range of mods, both free and paid, giving server owners plenty of options to customize their gameplay experience quickly and easily.

1. Download the Mods

Download the mods you want from the Codefling or LoneDesign official website

2. Log In to Your Panel

3. Go to the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Locate the ‘HarmonyMods’ Folder

You can find the folder in  /home/container.

5. Upload Your Mod

Upload the .dll file from the mod you downloaded in Step 1.

After uploading, you should see the .dll file in the folder.

6. Restart Your Server

7. Go to the ‘Console’ Tab

8. Load Your Harmony Mod

Note:

Once a Harmony mod is loaded, it will stay active even after the server restarts—you don’t need to reload it each time.

To unload a Harmony mod, enter harmony.unload <Mod Name> in the server console field.

Type in your console field the command harmony.load <Mod Name>. Make sure to substitute <Mod Name> with the actual name of each mod you want to load.

For Example: harmony.load CommandHistory

The console will display a confirmation message once the mod has been successfully loaded.
