How To Set the World Spawn on Your Minecraft Server

Set the World Spawn in Game

1. Open the Chat Window by Pressing /

2a. Type Into the Chat Box the Command /setworldspawn

After pressing the / key, type the command /setworldspawn, and the spawn location will be set to where you are standing.

2b. Add Coordinates to Set the Spawn Location

To set the spawn location without moving there, include the desired coordinates in your command. For instance, you can set the world spawn to 0, 0, 0 by typing: /setworldspawn 0 0 0.

Set the World Spawn From the Panel Console

Note:

If you have OP permissions in-game, you can simply use the /setworldspawn command to set the world spawn to the location and orientation you are currently standing in.

If you would like to set the world spawn point in your server’s console, Follow the Steps Given Below.

Run the follow command: setworldspawn 21 64 28
