How to Upgrade or Downgrade

If you are on a scalable plan, and want to upgrade. You will need to raise a ticket from your client area.

1. Log Into Your Cybrancee Client Area


2. Select The “Services” Option

3. Select The product You Want To Upgrade/Downgrade

4. Select The “Upgrade/Downgrade” Button

5. Checkout

Now you need to select the product you wish to upgrade/downgrade and proceed to checkout.
