How To Set Up a Vote Notification System on Your Minecraft Server

Important!

Your server must be running ‘Paper’, as ‘NuVotifier’ is only compatible with that server type.

To switch your loader, go to Manage Server and select the ‘Switch Loader’ tab on the left, then choose one of the above supported types.

In this article, we’ll explain how to set up ‘NuVotifier’, which is a plugin that allows your server to be notified when a vote is made on a Minecraft server top list.

NuVotifier is secure, and makes sure that all vote notifications are delivered by authentic top lists.

1. Download NuVotifier

This plugin is a single .jar file that has global compatibility from version 1.7 to 1.17.

2. Install NuVotifier on Your Server

3. Log In to Your Panel

4. Select the ‘Ports’ Tab

5. Select the ‘Add Port’ Button

5.1. Copy the New Port

6. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

7. Locate the ‘Votifier’ Folder

You can find the folder in /home/container/plugins/Votifier.

Make sure you have restarted your server after installing the plugin so that this folder can be generated.

8. Select the ‘config.yml’ File

8.1. Replace the Port Value

Enter the port you copied in step 5.1 on the ‘port’ line.

Then, save the changes.
