How To Link Your Discord Server to Your Minecraft Server

1. Download DiscordSRV

This plugin is a single .jar file that has global compatibility from version 1.7 to 1.21.

2. Install DiscordSRV on Your Server

If you don’t know how to install plugins on your server, you can view our How to Upload Minecraft Plugins (Paper) article.


3. Log In to Your Panel


4. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

5. Locate the ‘DiscordSRV’ Folder

You can find the folder in /home/container/plugins/DiscordSRV.

Make sure you have restarted your server after installing the plugin so that this folder can be generated.

6. Select the ‘config.yml’ File

6.1. Enter Your Discord Bot Access Token in the ‘BotToken’ Line

Make sure that in your Discord bot’s configuration the options ‘Server Members Intent’ and ‘Message Content Intent’ are enabled:

6.2. Enter Your Discord Channel ID

This is the Discord channel ID where the messages from the Minecraft server will appear.

Then, save the changes.


7. Restart Your Server

After restarting your server, you will be able to see the messages and notifications from your Minecraft server on your Discord channel:
