How to Allow Shared Accounts to Join Your Ark: Survival Evolved Server

This guide will provide the instructions on how to allow a shared account to join your Ark: Survival Evolved server. You will see the following message when joining:

‘Shared accounts can not play on this server’

Ark: Survival Evolved network failure message

1. Log in to Your Cybrancee Panel


2. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

3. Locate the ‘GameUserSettings.ini’ File

This file is located in /home/container/ShooterGame/Saved/Config/LinuxServer

Open the file and insert the following line at the bottom of the [ServerSettings] block:
AllowSharedConnections=True

4. Save the File


5. Restart Your Server
