How To Enable or Disable Password on Your Windrose Server

Note:

Enabling a password on your Windrose server prevents unauthorised players from joining your session.

1. Log In to Your Panel

2. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

3. Open the ServerDescription.json File

Navigate to: home/container/R5/

Then open: ServerDescription.json

4. Choose Password Protection Setting

Enable Password:

"IsPasswordProtected": true

Disable Password:

"IsPasswordProtected": false

5. Update the Password Protection Setting

6. Restart the Server
