How To Configure Friendly Fire Statistics on Your Insurgency Server

Note:

Disabling this prevents players from being penalised on the leaderboard for accidental hits, which is ideal for casual or tactical play. For competitive or “Hardcore” servers, keep it True to encourage better trigger discipline.

1. Log In to Your Panel

2. Stop Your Server

3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Open the ‘Game.ini’ file

Navigate to:

Insurgency/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/

5. Edit the ‘Game.ini’ File

bCountFriendlyFireStatistic Logging: When set to False, the server will ignore friendly fire incidents when calculating player scores or match statistics. This prevents players from being penalised on the leaderboard for accidental team hits.
