How To Allow Dead Players To Talk to the Living on Your CS2 Server

Note:

You can apply these variables instantly without modifying your server.cfg files. Log into your Cybrancee Game Panel, open the Console tab, and type both commands directly into the command line. Type mp_restartgame 1 afterward to apply the rules to the current round.

1. Log In to Your Panel

3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Open the ‘server.cfg’ File

Navigate to:

game/csgo/cfg/

5. Edit the file

Tip: Use Ctrl + F to quickly find the required setting inside server.cfg

Command	Server Effect
sv_deadtalk 1	Enabled. Dead players can use voice and text chat to communicate with living players.
sv_deadtalk 0	Disabled. Dead players are muted to the living. They can only communicate with other dead players.
