How To Download a Save to Singleplayer from Your Enshrouded Server

Note:

Whether you want to keep a local backup of your hard work or want to continue exploring Embervale offline, transferring your Enshrouded world from your dedicated server to your local PC is a straightforward process.

This guide will walk you through downloading your save file from the Cybrancee panel and moving it into your local game files.

1. Log In to Your Panel

2. Stop Your Server

3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Locate the ‘savegame’ Folder

You can find the file in home/container/savegame.

5. Select the Most Recent Save and Select Download

Inside the savegame folder, you will see your world files (typically named with a string of alphanumeric characters).

1. Select the file, click the three dots (or right-click), and select Download.

2. Save this file to a memorable location on your computer, like your Desktop.

6. Locate Your Local Save Folder

Open your Windows File Explorer and navigate to the Enshrouded local save directory. By default, this is located at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\[Your Steam ID]\1203620\remote

Note: [Your Steam ID] will be a folder named with a unique string of numbers. 1203620 is the official Steam App ID for Enshrouded.

7. Move Your Downloaded Save

Drag and drop the save file you downloaded from the Cybrancee panel into the remote folder.
