How To Install & Setup TShock on Your Terraria Server

Note:

If you purchased a Vanilla Terraria server and want to switch to TShock, select ‘Switch Loader’ tab, install TShock, and follow the rest of the guide.

1. Log In to Your Panel

2. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

3. Locate the setup-codes.txt File

You can find the folder in home/container/tshock/setup-codes.txt.

4. Copy the Numbers Displayed

You can also find these numbers in your console when you start your server for the first time.

5. Launch Terraria and Join Your Server

6. In the Chat Enter the Command /setup [number copied from step 4]

7. Create an Owner Account by Entering the Command /user add [username] [password] owner

The username does not have to be the same as your steam username. Enter the command /user add Crew 12345 owner.

8. To Login to Your Server You Now Need To Enter the Command /login [username] [password]
