How To Modify the Erosion Growth in Your Project Zomboid Server

Note:

In this article, we will explain how to modify the growth of erosion, which is a game mechanic that simulates nature’s takeover after the apocalypse (growth of plants, deterioration of walls and buildings).

Erosion growth can only be modified (or disabled) in Project Zomboid games that have recently started. Therefore, if erosion is already complete in your game, it will not be possible to modify it.

1. Open Project Zomboid

2. Log In to Your Server With Your Admin Account

3. Select ‘Admin’

4. Select ‘Sandbox Options’

5. Select ‘Nature’

5.1. Configure the Days on Which the Erosion Will Be Entirely Complete

You can configure the days on which the erosion will be entirely complete in: 20, 50, 100, 200, and 500 days.

5.2. Custom-Configure the Erosion Speed

You can configure a custom speed for the erosion growth by entering the number of days you want.

You can also disable the erosion growth by entering the value of -1.

Then, save changes.
