How To Change the Auto Save Interval on Your V Rising Server via ServerHostSettings.json

The AutoSaveInterval setting controls how often V Rising autosaves world data. You can adjust this based on what your server needs. This guide shows you how to edit the ServerHostSettings.json file for the AutoSaveInterval. So, you’ll learn to configure save times exactly how you want them.

1. Log In to Your Panel

3. Select the ‘Files’ Tab

Scroll down the Sidebar until you find the Files Tab.

4. Locate the ‘ServerHostSettings.json‘ File

Navigate to: save-data/Settings/ServerHostSettings.json

It should look like this:

5. Locate the ‘AutoSaveInterval’ File

Locate the following line:

6. Replace the Value of the Highlighted Setting Accordingly

“300“: Saves the server every 5 minutes.
“DECREASED”

OR

“600“: Saves the server every 10 minutes.
“DEFAULT”

“1800“: Saves the server every 30 minutes.
