How to Configure Automatic Wipes on Your Rust Server

1. Log In to Your Panel


2. Select the ‘Rust Wipe (Beta)’ Tab


3. Configure Server Details

You can change the server name and description, or keep the current settings by selecting the ‘LOAD CURRENT’ button.

4. Configure the Map

Enter your map size and seed for this wipe, or skip these if you are using a custom map.

  • Enable ‘Random Seed’ to generate a map seed automatically.
  • Enable ‘Random Level’ to pick a random map from your custom map list (optional: see Step 5 on how to add maps).
  • If you have a custom map, enter its URL in the ‘Custom Map URL’ field instead of using a seed.

5. (Optional) Add Maps to Your Map List

  • Enter the name of your custom map in the ‘Name’ field.
  • Enter the URL in the ‘Custom Map URL’ field and select ‘ADD’.

6. Select Files to Remove

Locate your Rust server files at /home/container/server/rust.

  • Delete the .db files to clear player data.
  • Remove the .map or .sav files to wipe the map.
  • Enable ‘Wipe Blueprints’ to delete player blueprints if you didn’t select the files manually.

7. Set Your Timezone

Select your server’s timezone to ensure wipes run at the correct local time.

8. Schedule the Wipe

Enable ‘Schedule Wipe’ to run the wipe at a specific date and time.

Optional: In the ‘Commands’ field, enter any console commands to run before the wipe, specifying how long before the wipe they should execute. You can add as many commands as needed.


9. Select the ‘SCHEDULE WIPE’ Button
