How to Install Plugins with Carbon on Your Rust Server

Important!

Your server must have Carbon installed before adding plugins.

If you don’t have it installed yet, check our guide on How to Install Carbon on Your Rust Server.

-> Using the Files Tab

1. Download the Plugins

Download the plugin you want from the Codefling official website.

2. Log In to Your Panel

3. Go to the ‘Files’ Tab

4. Locate the ‘plugins’ Folder

You can find the folder in  /home/container/carbon/plugins.

5. Upload Your Plugin

Upload the .cs file from the plugin you downloaded in Step 1.

After uploading, you should see the .cs file in the folder.

6. Restart Your Server

-> Carbon Panel Ingame

Important!

Commands only work for users with Admin privileges – see How to Set Administrators on Your Rust Server.

To download plugins from the Carbon panel, you must have a Codefling account.

1. Connect to Your Server

2. Enter the command /cpanel in Chat

3. Go to the ‘Plugins’ Tab

4. Download Plugins

Choose any plugin you want from Codefling.

5. Manage Installed Plugins

You can manage your plugins from the ‘Installed’ tab by selecting the plugin.
