How to Manage Time on Your Rust Server

1. Log In to Your Panel


2. Select the ‘Console’ Tab

3. Enter the Command

Type the desired command in the console field.

4. Server Time Management Quick Guide

Set the time of day → Instantly changes the server time for everyone.
env.time <hour>

  • Example: env.time 12 → Midday
  • Example: env.time 0 → Midnight

Change Day, Month, and Year

  • env.day → display or change the current day.
  • env.month → display or change the current month.
  • env.year → display or change the current year.

Examples:

env.year 2025 → sets the year to 2025
env.day 20 → sets the day to 20
env.month 12 → sets the month to December

Add hours to the current time → Adds hours to the current time.
env.addtime <hours>

  • Example: env.addtime 2 → Moves time forward 2 hours

Freeze or resume time progression

  • env.progresstime false → Freezes time at the current hour
  • env.progresstime true → Resumes normal time progression

Control speed of Day/Night cycle → Controls how fast time passes on the server.
time.timescale <value>

  • time.timescale 1 → Normal speed
  • time.timescale 2 → Days and nights pass twice as fast
  • time.timescale 0.5 → Days and nights pass twice as slow
